3. Forms

Before submitting any documentation, applicants should first arrange an initial discussion with the PMO to outline their proposal. If the proposal aligns with our objectives and is considered suitable to progress, you will then be issued with the Strategic Assessment Form to complete.

3.1 Strategic Assessment Form

Organisations are invited to download and complete the Strategic Assessment Form, which is the first formal step in the application process for consideration under the Mid Wales Growth Deal.

While not mandatory at this stage, the following supporting documents are recommended. Using these templates will help ensure your submission aligns with MWGD expectations and standards.

You may also provide a list of additional documents available upon request, along with a short explanation of their relevance. However, please do not submit documents not listed above, as they will not be considered during the initial assessment.
